Minor Hockey Referee Entry Level Clinic Application 2022-2023
To all members of the WOAA if you are interested in refereeing you must completed the two courses that are listed below.  Once you have completed the two courses received certificates indicating that the courses are done.  Then contact Don Shropshall at [email protected] to receive the link for the entry level clinics in both Hanover and Blyth.  Dates mentioned Hanover October 23rd at 8am and Blyth October 30th 8am both are on a Sunday.  This is strictly through the OMHA and you can not get the registration number until the courses are done.  Then you contact Don Shropshall.  He will give you the link then you register for the clinic you want either Hanover or Blyth.

 If you are 14/15 you will be Level 1 $90

 If you will be 16 years by December 31st of this year then you will be a Level 2 and anybody above this age will be Level 2 as well cost $130.

 Those people who are 18 years of age must bring to the clinic or send the VSC police check by PDF form to [email protected] so that the police checks can be sent to Ontario Hockey Federation.  You will not be able to referee if you do not have the police check to me on the date of the clinic.  Please always keep a copy of the police check in case of problems later.

 We are holding 30 spots in each clinic and trying to make sure that every organization has amble time to get those people finished and to me to get the registration link.  

 Other areas already have over 20 people who have responded and followed the directions.  Presently there are 7 spots filled in Blyth and 2 spots in Hanover.

 Skates, helmet without cage and whistle are required for on ice,  lunch and snacks are provided by the associations so bring small bills to pay them for the lunch , snacks and drinks they provide
